Supplier audits

are conducted to eliminate or minimize risks related to the quality and safety of raw materials for their further use in the production of high-quality compound feed.

Upon arrival, raw materials

undergo mandatory quality control through sampling with modern equipment and laboratory testing carried out by experienced personnel in modern laboratory.

Raw materials are stored

in accordance with regulatory requirements, using modern storage technologies and maintaining proper conditions for their further use

Raw materials and components are accurately measured

using three ultra-precise weighing lines for macro-, medium-, and micro-components.

Crushing

of raw materials is process that reduces the particle size of components to ensure better absorption of nutrients by animals.

Mixing

all necessary components to ensure their uniform distribution and achieve the ratio specified in the recipe.

Feed pelleting

is a process of converting a loose mixture of components into pellets in order to improve the efficiency of the finished feed, improve mechanical properties and reduce unwanted bacteria.

Pellets are cooled

to reduce temperature and remove excess moisture.

Finished products are packaged

according to customer requirements using modern weighing dispensers and automated robotic lines.
